About us

Pierre currently leads the firm, overseeing strategic recruitment assignments across the private sector as well as for public and institutional organisations. His work focuses on identifying and securing high-calibre talent in sectors where exceptional profiles are often in short supply.
After spending several years within renowned executive search firms—including Mercuri Urval and Hudson—and managing key recruitment mandates for Danaher Corporation (Fortune 500) in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors, he chose to establish his own practice to meet growing market demand for specialised, high-quality recruitment expertise.
He holds degrees in Law and International Relations from ULB. A fluent speaker of French, English, and Italian, he operates across Europe with particularly extensive experience in the Belgian market.
